CAROL DAVIES – DIRECTOR
Responsible for the firm’s business strategy and compliance. With over 35 years of insurance experience, Carol has very high standards and always gives a first class personalised service which filters through to staff and insurers ensuring strong relationships with our clients.
WENDY READWIN – OPERATIONS DIRECTOR
Wendy has been at Eryl Jones since leaving school in 2004. She has the gift of being able to advise clients in a very clear and sensitive manner. Is used to dealing with all kinds of people and was promoted to Office Manager in 2014. She is responsible for ensuring the office runs smoothly, delegating the workloads and making sure that customers are given correct advice. Very often Wendy will contact clients herself to make sure their policies are renewed in a timely manner and on the correct basis. She assists with Regulation, Health & Safety and Financial Management.
HAIDEE EVANS – OFFICE MANAGER
Haidee started working for us as a junior whilst still at school aged 16. With a Law Degree and Cert CII qualification she has all the answers relating to insurance regulations and policy jargon and can explain in plain English (or Welsh) to clients and other members of staff the relevant wordings. Haidee arranges commercial and personal lines insurances for our clients and assists other members of staff with any query. She also advises clients in relation to claims, mid-term adjustments, renewals, etc.
ELERI JONES – FARM SPECIALIST/INSURANCE ADVISOR
Eleri, our farming expert, has been with us for many years but before that had considerable experience working for a Farming Union. She lives and works hard on her own farm. Preferring to speak through the medium of Welsh she has built up very strong relationships with the local farming community.
LYNDA CADMAN – COMPUTER SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR
Lynda worked for many years at Lampeter University. She has a wealth of experience in computer administration and personnel matters. When she retired early in 2011, we snapped her up to work at Eryl Jones. Initially processing renewals and administrative work but once she worked her way away around the system she has been responsible for improving many of our office procedures and the complete overhaul of all our letters. This has ensured that our work processes are fully compliant and much more streamlined. Lynda now has the added responsibility for reconciling insurer accounts.
SARA JARMAN – ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT
Sara joined us in 2019 after receiving exceptional A level results and choosing a career in Insurance. She started as an admin assistant but has quickly gained confidence and is now beginning to deal independently with client queries.
RUTH HENEGHAN – ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT
Ruth is a local lady with a good knowledge of Lampeter and the surrounding areas. We welcomed her to our team at the beginning of 2021. Ruth has a wealth of customer services experience and we hope that after a period of training, she will become an insurance advisor, assisting clients both face to face and over the telephone.
