Responsible for the firm’s business strategy, finance and compliance. With over 40 years of local insurance experience, Carol has very high standards and always gives a first-class personalised service which filters through to staff and insurers forging strong relationships with our commercial and personal clients.             

Wendy Readwin- OFFICE MANAGER

WENDY READWIN – OPERATIONS DIRECTOR

Wendy has been at Eryl Jones since she left school in 2003. She has the gift of being able to advise clients in a very clear and sensitive manner and is used to dealing with all kinds of enquiries. Wendy was promoted to Office Manager in 2014 and became Operations Director in 2020. She deals with all aspects of the business including Regulation, Health and Safety and Financial Matters.

 

SARA JARMAN – OFFICE MANAGER

Sara joined us in 2019 after receiving exceptional A level results and choosing a career in Insurance. She started as an administration assistant but quickly gained confidence and now deals independently with client queries ranging from new business quotes, mid-term adjustments and renewals.

 

ELERI JONES – FARM SPECIALIST / INSURANCE ADVISOR

Eleri, our farming expert, has been with us for many years but before that had considerable experience working for a Farming Union. She lives and works hard on her own farm. Preferring to speak through the medium of Welsh she has built up very strong relationships with the local farming community.

 

LUCY DAVIS – ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT

Lucy joined us in October 2023 after completing her A Levels in Llandovery College. Lucy is an important part of the administration team and spends her days processing and renewing policies. In her spare time, Lucy is an active member of Lampeter Ladies rugby team and enjoys an early morning at the gym!

 

SIONED DOUGLAS-JONES – ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT

Sioned also joined our team in October 2023 after a complete career change from the beauty industry. She assists clients over the telephone and in the office, along with ensuring renewals are sent out in a timely manner. In her spare time, Sioned spends time with her horses breeding welsh pony of cob type and volunteering on the Ceredigion Welsh Pony and Cob Association committee.
