Dear Carol and all, I would like to thank you very much for your advice regarding my lost diamond ring in Spain. I know you didn’t pay me the money as I wasn’t covered by my house insurance, but with your advice I was able to claim From my travel insurance.  They paid in the end £500 – all thanks to you and your team. Keep up the good work, we won’t hesitate to insure with you again in the future.
